57 Hearts United—A Strong Firewall of Safety: Disheng Technology’s Volunteer Firefighting Team Officially Established
To strengthen production safety management and enhance overall safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, Disheng Technology has formed a volunteer firefighting team and held its inaugural ceremony last week.
A total of 57 volunteer firefighters—drawn from various departments—were introduced at the event, marking a significant step toward reinforcing the company’s safety measures.
The newly formed team includes both seasoned safety officers and skilled frontline workers, all of whom have completed rigorous selection and training. They have gained a solid foundation in fire safety knowledge and can expertly operate a range of firefighting equipment. Their efforts are poised to serve as a vital protective barrier for the company.
At the ceremony, General Manager Xu Jiabing highlighted the critical importance of safety in daily operations, calling on every team member to shoulder their responsibilities with a strong sense of commitment. Team Captain Li Renxin underlined the necessity of assembling a dedicated volunteer firefighting unit and laid out the core duties and expectations for each member.
Establishing this volunteer firefighting team aligns with the principle of “prioritizing prevention while integrating preventive and firefighting measures.” Moving forward, the company intends to bolster routine training and practice drills, expand fire safety education, and help all employees cultivate stronger self-defense and emergency response abilities—ultimately striving to build a more secure and resilient enterprise.
